Council of International Investigators (CII), a worldwide network of elite private investigators and security professional many of whom have held have held senior level government positions in intelligence and fraud investigations. Each invited applicant for membership is carefully vetted, must be a business owner, and must have at least five years of investigative experience before being considered for membership.CII increases the global reach of Ross Financial Services, with members located in more than three dozen countries on the continents of North and South America, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. These trusted associates utilize the highest standards of quality and professionalism in completing assignments on behalf of clients. Larry is an elected member of the CII board.

International Intelligence Network (Intellenet) is a worldwide association of elite private investigators and security professionals, including former senior level government officials involved in intelligence and fraud investigations. Members of Intellenet include former special agents of the IRS and FBI, postal inspectors, and agents of the CIA and FinCen. Intellenet members are thoroughly vetted, and use the highest standards of quality and professionalism in completing assignments. Larry formerly served on the Intellenet board of directors.
